I am Very upset With the grooming Service that my almost 17 year old dog went through because of her age and her anxiety. I scheduled a grooming appointment for a VIP which means it's a quicker grooming appointment and is better with older dogs so that they're not sitting in a crate too long. With this appointment I was hoping for her to be less stressful Only to be told when I went to pick her up that they shaved her nipple off. Of course, they did not charge me, but the whole appointment defeated the purpose of putting stress on her. I will not put her through this again
