Brought home my 8-week old Labrador Retriever on 10-25-25. I had trained my prior 3 Labradors myself but decided to utilize the 4 private puppy sessions with trainer Josh...and I'm sure glad that I did!! Josh was amazing!! The sessions really ended up being a train the trainer seminar. Josh uses and encourages positive reinforcement training which makes all of the sense in the world when he explains dog behavior. I was never rough with my prior Labradors but I quickly realized how ineffective my training practices were. The concept of allowing the dog to choose the behavior that results in positive reinforcement is beautiful. Happy Dog = Happy Owner for sure. I quickly realized how ineffective me shouting "No" in situations where my dog was doing what was totally natural was. Josh explained everything to me as the trainer and I was able to practice his ways and theories at home. Best $249 I ever spent!! I strongly encourage new puppy owners to utilize Josh's program!!
