FirstBarkHad a bad experience with a same day delivery. The delivery driver cancelled my order and didn't tell anyone. The customer service line was useless in helping me, so I called the store directly. A staff member Scott I believe was his name took care of the issue and contacted the delivery company and had my order delivered later that evening. Good save by Scott.

Petco is my place now. Great customer service!
Staff was very nice and compared to petland where I had purchased first prior that all died within 24 hours, all fish seemed to thrive that I bought from here. The store was clean and helpful as we entered. They were welcoming and asked if I needed help and introduced me to who can when i was ready.
