Your employee was very helpful and polite, he was able to answer all of my questions, he also suggested merchandise that might help with my cat. The shampoo and flea comb took care of my cat's problem.
I only come here as a Shipt Shopper so I’m always confused at what I’m looking for. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of the products and inventory. Definitely will come back as a customer for my dog.
The confirmation email that my order was ready said the store closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:15pm only to find the store closed at 6pm. The confirmation email said the store opened at 9am so I went the next day and arrived at 9:30am only to find that the store opened at 10am. So very frustrating that my confirmation email and the actual store hours were not the same.
