FirstBarkI stopped in today with my new dog River and happened to meet Ria, the Petco dog trainer. She was amazing with me and River. She went above and beyond helping me get the right type of harness and treats. I truly appreciate employees that take the time to help people. I will be shopping Petco Bartlett frequently for my pet's needs.

I frequent this petco because it is close to my neighbor hood. I'm having a hard time finding the 2 catfood brands my fur baby likes, it's never in stock. The other day I asked an employee if they stopped selling them and she RUDELY responded it's on the other shelf, mind you I searched all 5 shelves i sarcastically thanked her,instead of her not offering to look for herself. Well petsmart had them and the employees were very PROFESSIONAL.
it v was great experience staff was polite and eager to help.
Haley in the aquatic fish department was excellent with her service and knowledge of the fish I needed. The cashier Kelly was extremely rude and rushed me through the entire process. After I tried to tell her more than once I had a rewards number she dismissed the fact and insisted I go ahead and pay for my items.
