The tarantulas were in stress curls because they are given zero options for hides. I brought it to clerks attention and she was very flippant about it. She insisted they were upset because a door was broken and that they were putting them in the back. It would have been so simple to add a piece of corkboard or egg carton to help these juvenile spoods. Additionally, they have multiple bearded dragon babies too small to be selling all piled in the same cage with sand and improper uv and food. Same thing with the leopard geckos. The ritualistic neglect and outright abuse of these animals has got to stop! This pet store chain is awful.

The best fish department in Boise. Coming from Mountain Home, it is worth the extra drive! Unrivaled selection of healthy fish and live plants. Customer focused personnel is just the icing on the cake. My "go to" store out of all in the Boise area!

Michelle was working today @ Milwaukee location and she automatically was so kind when I came in. I’m I’m really not used to customer service like that but it made it a really pleasant experience. She deserves a raise and now I will go back becuase I feel like there is everything I need there and no rude people!

This dog training has helped enormously. As new dog owners we were about to throw in the towel, but this dog training class helped us understand and work with our dog. My kids always loved our dog; now I not only tolerate our dog, I appreciate her too.
