We’ve been taking our dog for training for 5 weeks now. Our dog is 8 months old and super anxious around new people. Valentine has been a wonderful trainer and has work with our dog at her speed. She’s never pushed our dog and has ensured that training has been positive and effective. Our dog has grown so much and we’re excited to see her confidence continue to grow.
I have had great service when visiting and shopping in store, but this makes 2 online/curbside orders in a row that I have had horrible experience with. I have had great service when visiting and shopping in store, but this makes 2 online/curbside orders in a row that I have had horrible experience with. I currently drive 30-45 mins one way to shop here and to pick up due to Postal services loosing several packages of mine in the last few months. I ordered my dog food at 6:48 pm. And showed up to pick up at 7:35ish. Waited 15 mins before going inside the store only to be told by a very rude associate that they don’t pull orders after 7pm. *would have been nice to known that being I work odd hours and can’t get there until later in the evenings. Guess I’ll be switching foods once again and going back to TSC or Chewy.
