I would not recommend training here. I have an aussie-lab mix named Riley. I expressed my concerns to a trainer named Nehemiah. I explained that Riley has social problems and can be a bit rough around the edges. He was very sure that he could train him and never met a dog he could not train. I brought Riley in for his first class. He completely disregard that I told him Riley is not very social. He started Riley with another dog in class and Riley did not take kindly to it. He rescheduled the class to another day. I took him to his next appointment. It was honestly a mess. Everyone wanted to watch Riley be trained, Riley did not like a lot of people near the gate. We sat there for about an hour as Riley barked and threw a fit. He gave a few helpful tips but that was pretty much it. We schedule another day for training. The next training never took place. I received a call stating that he could not train him and due to the amount of people coming into Petco, Riley could not come back. They did not want Riley to finish his classes there. He recommend another trainer but he could of did that in the first place when I expressed my concerns. I asked for a refund but they did not give me my full amount even though they cut the classes. So they kept about $40 of it and refused to give it back. I had a horrible experience with the this Petco.
