I wish the teaching method in the puppy class was more compassionate to us humans. I wouldn’t recommend to folks with social anxiety like myself. For the puppy class, be prepared to keep your puppy from barking the entire time. Bring a peanut butter Kong or something. We didn’t attend the final 6th class. We were disappointed that in weeks 1-5 the puppies don’t get to play with each other. It’s just an awkward on-leash meeting between two puppies that aren’t even leash trained yet. Our puppy, now 7 months, is very shy around other dogs.
