We love the team at Pets Love 2 Play! Our golden retreiver Luke has been attending advanced scentwork/nosework classes with Nicole since February 2024, and we have seen such a drastic improvement in his independent searching and overall drive. We were originally looking for a place in the Portland Metro area that taught AKC buried (sand and water) and PL2P is the only facility in the area that regularly includes buried hides in class. Each week is always challenging (to both dog and handler) and a lot of fun! Pets Love 2 Play also hosts various trials, events and other AKC certifications (i.e. CGC, CGCA/U, Trick Dog) and this past summer, Luke earned his Farm Dog Certification (FDC). If you're looking for a local trainer, I would highly recommend Nicole at PL2P.
