We took our two large dogs to Brandi for a few refresher training sessions. We had a few sessions with another trainer that were good just not as effective as we liked. The training we received was amazing and such a fantastic experience for all of us. The boys are doing great and learning more every day. The sessions come with super detailed notes that are so detailed and I still refer to them for follow up. Brandi is super flexible, she will meet you wherever you like and works with your schedule. I highly recommend Brandi for the professional service and experience you will receive.

I searched quite a bit for a positive reinforcement trainer and luckily found Brandi. We adopted our girl through a rescue and she was just terrified, I knew right away we would need extra guidance. Brandi came for greeting and I booked five additional sessions that were paced specifically for our girl. We made such progress with her with the various tips and work done with Brandi. Cannot recommend Brandi enough. Tailor made training and most importantly, 100% positive reinforcement.

We are so happy that we found Brandi. We specifically wanted a true positive reinforcement trainer and Brandi is exactly that. Within a few lessons we went from being overwhelmed by our puppy to feeling like we are on a strong path to success. Each session we learned new skills to work on and the next day we received a detailed email walking us through everything we learned which refer to regularly. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Brandi is amazing! She helped us and our puppy with aggression issues and found so many solutions that we would have never thought of otherwise. We had met with other larger companies who wanted to put an e-collar on our then 5 lb cockapoo to curb his aggression and offered no other solutions or options. This didn’t sit well with us and it was important that we found someone who believed in positive reinforcement training, even if it was the longer road to get results. We are so happy that we then found PETS. Brandi is incredibly patient and encouraging, even when you feel like giving up or you’re at a dead end (which happened more than once). Plus our pup absolutely loved her right away and would get ridiculously excited to see her. I would (and have) recommend Brandi and PETS to anyone.
