made an online order at 3pm, didn’t get the ready notification until 8pm right before they were about to close. had to go and get my order the next day which made it even more inconvenient, when i got my order only 3 items i got were correct. everything i had ordered was not low in stock yet they still bothered not to even give me the correct items as if i wouldn’t notice. on top of that, there’s no option at all to ask for a refund or any replacement. absolutely disappointed. worst petsmart experience. waste of money that i can’t even get back. would’ve gone in myself if id known they’d mess up my order this much.
