PetSmart Dog Training

The lady never reached out or called back to complete the training classes, I paid for 4 classes and only received 2. Never got a refund either. Very disorganized, didn’t set or use the time that was listed when I first scheduled. In one of the trainings I went to, the trainer choked my dog due to the reactivity and my dog hurt her throat, the trainer continued with this method even though it was hurting my dog even when she had a harness, she used the collar. Would not recommend and didn’t learn or gain anything.

Had an appointment to get my dog groomed. Upon arriving I was told that they didn’t room for my dog because the large crate was broken (a phone call would have been nice, explaining that), then the manager questioned my rabies vaccination records. I tried calling the store to speak with the store manager, but the phone just rang and rang. Not a great overall experience. I don’t ever complain and I’m easy going since I’ve been in retail for a long time, but I will never go back to this location for grooming.

When your 9 year old dog who has been groomed his whole life with no issues, becomes anxious when he is put into their pet smart grooming kennel it raises red flags. When they call and tell you they can’t groom him because of this and you need to come get him. I asked why he wasn’t being groomed since he had a 12:30 appointment and it’s not going on 1pm, they say he’s kenneled until they get around to him so who knows how long they’re locked in a kennel. Time to find a groomer who actually grooms at their appointment time and doesn’t make your dog an anxious mess
