I give a 3 star because I still like the products but I feel like all the employees here don't support the store very well. I was lectured about adding more than one snail to a 40 gallon tank and also because I have 1 other algae eater, she said theyre not compatible and it's to much. I looked it up and they're very compatible and you can have multiple snails. Then I'm trying to buy my dog food and I was being told that I shouldn't buy this cause it's got pesticides and chemicals all over it and I should cook my own dog food. I wonder how people continue to shop there when employees are trying to constantly get us not to buy the stuff they sale. ??
