PetSmart Dog Training

My dog had significant anxiety outdoors, which made walks very difficult and stressful. Working with Arianne over the past two months has made a tremendous difference. She helped my dog learn how to focus on me, and while we still have areas to improve, we are now able to enjoy walks that I couldn’t have imagined just two months ago. Arianne is professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and genuinely listens to her clients’ concerns. She took the time to understand our challenges and provided practical guidance that was tailored to my dog’s needs. Unfortunately, we are moving and won’t be able to continue working with her, but she has given me a strong foundation and a clear path forward for continuing my dog’s training. My puppy, Ellie, has taken three classes at PetSmart in Tigard(puppy, intermediate, and brain games). Her teacher for all of them was Arianne. Ellie loved going to class and would get so excited when she saw me pull out the training bag I took to class. Arianne is so knowledgeable and offered advice not only about how to train Ellie, but also addressed her behavior issues (like nipping at my ankles) and even helped me choose a new dogfood when she became intolerant to chicken. Taking a class is a great way to make sure you keep up with training your pup and Arianne is very flexible with make-up classes when you miss one. It's also nice to hear issues that the other pet parents are having and realize you're not alone.
