FirstBarkHorrible service they did not want to take my dog because i was 15 m late and i had to drive 30 minutes for nothing!! Im not going back again.

Buying cat food at a supermarket has resulted in a fat cat, now I've been able to get some decent food at PetSmart that's going to help our 28lb cat (picture attached, you can see he needs to lose a lot of weight). If you have any type of pet then you can find lots of options for them here.

I went in today to bring my golden doodle to get a haircut. Madeleine, her groomer asked how I wanted her haircut, I informed her I did not want her bald/shaved! She informed me she wouldn’t be shaved, however, the haircut would be low. I picked up my dog around 4:50pm, my dog completely looked totally different! No one called me to inform me that my dog was being shaved, nor was I informed of a different haircut plan. I was also not informed of a $15 buffering charge, and a $40 scissor charge. I basically paid $137 for them to completely shave my dog bald! I’m not sure if this is just a Pet Smart thing where they shave every dog bald or what, but I am not happy!
