Made an appointment last week for my dog to be groomed at 2pm today. After 4.5 hours, I went up there to check on the status and they hadn’t even started with him yet. However, the stylist was grooming one of the workers dogs (I know it was hers because we talked about her dog when I dropped mine off). She said it would be another 30-35 minutes.

I call and spoke to Mrs.June my toy poodle was throwing up Yellow vomit because I changed his food she explained different things that can help and she was very professional and understanding if it continues I'll bring him to the animal hospital because I know she will take care of him just off out conversation Great Customer Service
