Seriously please get more shopping carts..you go 2 carts are being used by employees who throw items in there to bring back to its appropriate section 1 gets stuck can't maneuver it and then there is no more carts to be found..where are the shopping carts when you need one to carry 16 lb bags of cat food and 20 lb box of litter plus other items you need! You ask an employee for a shopping cart and all you get is attitude in return..Poor customer service!

I went there to purchase a beta and two guppies. They had very few betas to choose from and not anyone I was interested in. The sales girl proceeded to inform me that betas are aggressive (duh) and would hurt the guppies. Given my age and experience with fish etc I looked at her like she had 4 heads. I had no intention of putting them together. I was asked how big my tank is for the guppies (20 gallon) and no fish. I don’t need to be grilled just to make a purchase and I don’t care that she was “doing her job”. It doesn’t cost anything to be tactful and show some respect.
