I have completed Beginning and Intermediate classes with Alex at the Petsmart location on 288. She has been great. My dog, Gus, is 5 and was adopted from the shelter in July 2024. We wanted to get some training done and just learn basic commands and manners. Alex was great at explaining lessons and was really hands on with training. She did a few reps with Gus then turned it over to me. It was nice seeing it modeled then getting the opportunity to work with our pet while she was there to correct if it was needed. Life happens and schedules get busy, she's great at offering make up sessions, we had to take advantage once or twice. Alex has a great personality, is friendly with humans and dogs, answered all the questions our class had, and never made us feel dumb for asking. I can tell she enjoys her job and doesn't consider any dog "bad," she has a great attitude with all dogs.
