Made 2 appts for a full grooming service at the Walden Ave location and both times they canceled 30 min before the appt. When I tried to reschedule the second time the person on the phone hung up on me. Customer service in the grooming dept is very rude. Finally made an appt at another location. Will not be going back to the Walden location EVER!!! If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would.
Ryan is excellent! Our pup Stormi just completed beginner and intermediate training with him. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and patient, always willing to help and address any progress concerns or questions you may have as a pet owner. Highly recommend these classes!
Ryan was an amazing trainer. Ryan cared for my dog as if she was his own. He has patience and addressed all our issues with Luna. Ryan gave great feedback handouts and suggested training videos to reenforce his training. We just graduated from intermediate class. Soon we start advanced classes.
