There is this young African American lady who checked me out and she as absolutely outstanding. Service was great and, although I didn't need help finding anything at first, she offered her assistance when I walked in. She as absolutely lovely. Then there was another young African American lady who helped me out on another day, so kind. She helped me find a tiny water dropper thing for my pets and she had no problem stopping what she was doing to show me. I don't expect such amazing customer service and experience from many places but they have kept me coming back, not just because it is the closest to my house, but because they both had no issue whatsoever and were amazing individuals. I speak so highly of the pair because the times I went before them, there were a couple other young ladies who were not as cordial and were obviously having quite a day (trying not to pull the race card here but they were very strong vibes from the one young lady and the other hid it just enough to not be reported but I could tell both of them did not want to assist me). Other than that, I love the store. Haven't gotten my bunnies a groom yet but I will probably report back on that later on when I've done it if they even groom bunnies.
