FirstBarkI called to make an appointment with two employees but the manager Natalie was very rude with explaining that both couldn’t groom my pets at all at particular time. Also hung up the phone on me when the conversation wasn’t over. I had to call back to ask she just hung up on me. I spend an extremely a lot of money in this store.

I had an appointment at 12.00 pm to groom my dog. Somebody called to moved my appointment at 2.00 pm because the lady who supposed to groom my dog wasn’t there that day. Brought my dog at 2.00 to be groom asked the groomer was there asked how long going take for my dog be ready she told me 2 up to 3 hours. I was waiting for them to called me. At 5.30 went to pick up my dog and find out that my dog wasn’t groom all. A different lady attended me and told me that they’re were so behind that my dog going be ready another 2 more hours I was very upset because my poor dog still need his dinner. I told the groomer that I can’t wait too long it was the case why they don’t asked me before to reschedule my appointment. I’m not bringing my business anymore to this location they’re very unprofessional workers.
