Only one person on the register that was talking the whole time instead of checking the customer out. It would be understandable to have a conversation and check the customer out, which is multitasking. I asked if there was anyone else to assist on the registers and she said not right now. Then the manager comes up and I asked if she’s able to help on the registers and she got an attitude and said “ That was what I was about to do”. Unacceptable sassiness when you have more than five people in a line

Made an appointment for my dog to get a bath and some other stuff. Show up for the appointment just for them to say because their “big dog groomer” wasn’t there and my dog has some matting that I had to reschedule. What did I even make an appointment for if they can’t even keep their schedule. Wouldn’t waste your time going here. I won’t be returning there
