I scheduled a full service hair cut ($100+). I was called the day of the appointment, informing me that Amber, who was scheduled to groom my dog had left work without telling anyone she was leaving. I was also informed there was no one who could see my dog that day. They scheduled me for 3 days later, and I received a text that my dog's appointment, again with Amber, had been cancelled due to weather. I was also informed I could reschedule through their website. Not likely.
