FirstBarkI spent 10 minutes walking around the store looking for someone to help me and nobody showed up. They should just implement self-checkout and fire all the employees, because they're just there for show.

The worst customer service! Would be a negative star. I made two appointments for my dog to be groomed. The first one got lost in the web cyclone (their claim) rescheduled, got an email confirmation stating that it was at 12:30, the store claimed that it was for 9:00 so they canceled it and refused to make good on it. They claimed that a staff member called out and they could not keep the appointment. Justin the grooming manager claimed that they was nothing he could do. He refuse to honor his 12:30 appointment even with my email confirmation!!!
