PetSmart Dog Training

The training is extremely horrible due to the facts that PetSmart is only interested in making a profit and also they don’t care about the dog or training the owners. I will tell you why they put ten dogs in one session and the trainer speaks vey softly so you can’t hear her. I have complained to the trainer personally about this including management and they don’t do anything about it because they don’t care. The dogs don’t learn anything. Plus they’re overpriced. The trainer will tell you your dogs are doing good, but she can’t watch everybody. When I complain to the store about the training, they always said it’s corporate. I can tell you right now. If you have a puppy, you better PetSmart and getting you trained somewhere else. They want to charge you $250 for six sessions which is not even worth it. If you want to go private sessions with them, PetSmart is all the way around being a veteran. They don’t like it when you complain and as I was taught army to speak my mind as noncommissioned so so I do and I follow instructions to the letter. I don’t blame it on the trainer as much as I blame it on corporate. If you spend your money down there, you’re wasting your time because the only thing they care about is taking your money and nothing else. You better off going to a private trainer locally in your area and I know I’ve already met one that does care,so we will be taking our dog to her instead. PetSmart is so screwed up. It’s pathetic you’re wasting all your money down in that store. Dog grooming is horrible including the training. They just want to steal your money believe me that’s all they want this one I could give stars I would do it
