Usually use this location and never had an issue. Today I walked in to get crickets with my kids, 20, 16, and 14. I went to look at the adoptable kitties and fell in love through the glass with the 2 bonded kitties there. I asked to please go in and interact with them and was told NO not unless I was going to adopt... well here is the big ? How am I supposed to know if we get along or anything else for that matter if I can't spend some time with them. The lady told me it would give them false hope if I checked them out but walked away... I'm like lady there in a cage I would think they would take any lovins they could get.
