PetSmart Dog Training

Terrible tragedy today. I tried to call the store over 100 times from when it opened to when I went at noon. All I wanted was to ask if they had crickets in stock since the pet store around here within 100 mile radius so I drove to the store to pick up cricket and just like I thought they never have them. This is why I tried to call them now unfortunately, to this tragedy, my pet chameleon has passed away. Somebody needs to be liable for these damages this store don’t even waste your time here.

This is our 4th time taking our Golden Doodle for a grooming appointment and will probably be the last one. Previous appointments were done by Gabby, and so far she has been extremely helpful… explained in details and provided options of services, cut length, etc. Today she was not available and the main reason we wanted done today was for him to have his 1yr pictures taken with a fresh cut. Well, that will not happen with his current looks. If this short haircut was absolutely necessary, we would’ve done it after his 1yr, he looked better before than now. From the beginning it looks like Heather, did not want to take him because she has a weight limit (60lb) but our dog is currently 45-50 (probably 40-45lb now after the haircut) she said he had lots of mats in some areas, but I regularly comb his hair… again, maybe this short cut was necessary but the fact of doing it this way before his birthday makes me think she doesn’t want me to book it again with her. Which I would’ve not done if she had told me…. It’s bad overall, uneven, with shaved spots… what makes it 100 times worse is that I still paid for this. He has been with an awkward low energy, and this isn’t his usual behavior. So, mission accomplished Heather, we will not longer take our dog to this location.
