Run far away from this store!!! The conditions inside are appalling!!! I had a distressing experience while trying to purchase goldfish yesterday, alongside a small tank. When I approached one of the employees, I expressed my intention to buy seven goldfish. To my surprise, he bluntly asked me which specific ones I wanted, even though there were over 100 goldfish crammed into a small, unkempt tank. As I was carefully choosing my goldfish, another staff member approached me in a condescending manner. He informed me that purchasing goldfish with the small tank I had selected was allowed, stating that they would die in such a confined space. Instead, he insisted that I needed a 250-gallon tank to accommodate even a few of them. He further mentioned that with my small tank, I could only consider buying a single snail or perhaps a beta fish, but even that might be too excessive. This interaction was incredibly rude and dismissive, especially as a paying customer. It’s not acceptable for a staff member to speak to me like that without understanding my situation or intentions. If this is indeed a store policy, it should be clearly communicated to the employees, because the person helping me didnt know it and said he wasnt new and there ought to be a visible sign for customers to see since communication seems to be a issue. Moreover, the treatment of the fish in this store is heartbreaking. The tanks are filthy, and the fish are overcrowded and stressed. If you’re thinking about visiting this store, do yourself a favor and don’t go! The staff is not only rude but seems more focused on pushing expensive items rather than providing genuine assistance or ensuring the well-being of the animals. I returned later in the day, hoping for a different experience, but once again, no one even acknowledged my presence or addressed any concerns about the appropriate tank size. This lack of customer care clearly illustrates that I was treated unfairly and with disdain. I would strongly urge you to avoid this place. If you're looking for a pet store where the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the welfare of animals, search for another option. Your pets deserve better!

Staff is rude here. I usually know what I’m going to get so it’s fine but never experience a nice staff. My most recent visit I had to deal with an employee who was off and cut me in line and she was completely rude. The manager ignored the entire interaction the cashier who did help me let me know who the manager was. The experience was so offensive I just returned the things I bought and I just won’t go back. They need some guidance in Basic service.
