Stay Away… This Grooming Team Lacks Emotional Control This review is not about the store as a whole, but specifically about the grooming department. The front desk staff came across as reactive, dismissive, and at times openly irritated. Instead of listening, they ignored concerns and escalated the situation. Seeing this level of frustration and lack of patience from the grooming team raises serious concerns. If staff cannot regulate their emotions with customers, it creates fear about how they might behave with animals under stress. This experience was unsettling.
