PetSmart Dog Training

I am extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken after my recent experience at this PetSmart. My Yorkie was injured by Mia during a bath and groom appointment and now requires a vet visit because of it. As a pet parent, trusting someone with your baby is a big deal — and this experience completely broke that trust. What makes it worse is that the staff here seem to come up with any and every excuse not to service customers. Instead of feeling supported or reassured, I felt dismissed and frustrated. Looking back, I regret bringing my dog back at all. I have personally witnessed staff being rough with dogs before, and that should have been enough for me to walk away permanently. Sadly, I gave them another chance and my pet paid the price. Customer service is a 0/10. I would strongly urge other pet owners to pay close attention and consider other grooming options if you value your pet’s safety and proper care.
