I was in line and the guy at the took at least 7+ minutes with the person in front of me, explaining the rewards and deals to the lady in front of me for a simple transaction. I’m all for deals and people saving money, I’m part of it too, But there has to be a flow of customers for the register, people have places to be and it was dragged on for so long. I’m not one to write many reviews, but I work in the customer service industry and this really frustrated me honestly. Please address this.
