Horrible experience. My cat has very bad anxiety and I can not take her out the house unless it’s appointment related. I decided to go in for Yappy Hour so she can get her nails trimmed. I walked in and the associate in the front (Great guy) welcomed me in the store. I was told by an associate I had to wait by the grooming area and someone would come out to help me. I have been waiting for 35 minutes, associates walking passed me. The moment I finally had enough and told my daughter lets go, an associate finally walked into the grooming area to speak to them. Long story short, they blamed us for not walking inside yet there are big dogs in there getting groomed! MY CAT HAS ANXIETY AND I DISCLOSED THIS TO THEM! Never going back again, my cat is okay, nobody apologized or tried to make the situation better. Shoutout to the associate who rang up my cat’s toy and tried to calm her down, you are awesome!
