PetSmart Dog Training

When you come to this store, you already know you will pay a little extra for convenience. No convenience in this store at all. My little daughter had an accident at the very entrance of the store. NONE of the staff was helpful at all. I apologize and ask for cleaning supplies. Nobody accommodated anything at all. I cleaned it myself and ask one of the workers if they could help me and get (in the mean time) what I went there to buy. She said no. I ask to speak to a manager due to respect to the business. Manager never showed up. Why would I come back to the store? At least online a computer responds to me or customer service chats to me. Last time I buy in this store. ZERO STARS TO STAFF AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chewy, y’all just earn a new customer.
