PetSmart Dog Training

Everytime I call for grooming service for my cat the employee hangs up the phone. Everytime I make an appointment and come in person I always get turned away. Time After Time After Time Again I try my best to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am extremely disappointed being denied service every time. I used to love coming here with my first dog and cat before they passed away of old age. However unfortunately I can't say that now for how they constantly denying me service to my new pet. Yes I will be looking for another store to purchase products and grooming service but I wanted to share my concerns.

I have been coming here to have my pet groomed for well over three years. However, during my last grooming, my dogs ears were not properly cleaned out, the groomer Marianne thought that he might have an affection because she states that he was screaming in pain while she was trying to clean his ear. I took him to the doctor the same day, ears were fine, I was instructed to go back to the groomer to have his ears cleaned out properly, I went in, and the groomer said that he would not allow her to clean his ears because he was in pain and reiterated the fact that he must have an affection, the doctor later called me to tell me the specimen came back fine, and that there were no problems, I believe that he may have screamed because I think that the groomer may have nipped him, which caused him to be uncomfortable. I instructed the doctor to go back to the groomer to let them know that there was nothing wrong with his ears, I never received a follow up call from the groomer or the doctor, I will be canceling my subscription, I am highly recommending that this groomer not to be utilized in the future. I am extremely unhappy at how the groomer handled the situation. I need to find new providers, I have no faith in Petsmart any longer!!!!
