CALLED 7x and voicemail engaged saying we cannot take your cal right now CALL Back LATER ! First indication that the customer does not matter then Ace the manager came on the final attempt at getting a human and stated that he is unable to book a pet making up some story about me leaving a pet there which never happened!!!! This s place has no clue what service is and I am discriminated after such horrible encounters why would ANYONE tolerate such bad service ! Taking it to an executive level based simply on provincial here — I have never been treated with such disrespect for simply attempting to spend locally — DO NOT EVEN CALL THE GROOM Salon here, horrible encounter today! RUN AWAY! My pet deserves better and so do I.
