PetSmart Dog Training

I booked a grooming appointment for my dog, and this entire experience has been unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional. When I first arrived, the girl at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She claimed my valid rabies papers were invalid and made me leave to go have them reprinted at my vet — a completely unnecessary hassle. When I returned with the paperwork, she canceled my appointment for no reason other than attitude. It was very clear she didn’t want to service me. The manager stepped in and apologized, saying she would rebook my appointment and give me 25% off plus an additional $20 off as a new customer for all the inconvenience. I appreciated that at the time — but when I came back the next day for the appointment, the story changed. Suddenly, she decided to only honor 15% off instead of the agreed 25%. To make matters worse, the rabies papers I had brought in the day before were no longer in the system, so I had to stand there for nearly 10 minutes digging through my phone to prove that my dog’s shots were current — again. The whole process was unorganized, stressful, and disrespectful. Between the unhelpful front desk staff, the broken promises, and the system errors, I can confidently say I will never be coming back to this PetSmart for grooming again.

Set an appointment for my dog to get groomed today, and was turned down stating that he has a knot By his ear in which if they make an attempt to cut, he will catch hematoma I was recommended to a vet to process a grooming session By man, who does not speak very good English. After visiting the vet, I was told that the dog have no signs of redness near his ears do not have knot tight knots. Which in honesty, this Petco location did not want to do the job and made up something which cost me time. If you didn’t want to do the job you could have just said that or don’t show up and let them hire somebody who do want to do the job. Very displeased at this location employees. July 26 2022 2:00pm
