⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this PetSmart location. While my dog was getting groomed, I received a call from the store accusing me of not paying for his previous grooming appointment back in May. I found this both shocking and upsetting, especially since I did pay — and I had the proof to show it. Rather than simply checking their own records, they contacted me mid-appointment and treated me like I was trying to get away with something. This is not how customers should be treated, especially loyal ones who come back and pay for services in good faith. I brought in the proof of payment, and the situation was eventually resolved, but the damage was done. The accusation was unwarranted, and the entire experience left a bad impression. I expect much better customer service — and basic professionalism — from a national brand like PetSmart. I also didn’t get any apology from the manager. Instead, I got “Oh we’re not surprised our system is wrong”.
