If I could do less than a star I would. Complete wack job on my Aussie. I paid extra for a scissors trim and he came back bear, on the backside and his back legs bear that you see his pink skin. Absolutely horrible. We were appalled and now he's going to look like that for the holidays. When my daughter questioned when he was picked up they had full attitude and nobody would fess up who worked on him. We are all very upset. They kept claiming they were busy, but if they were busy then they shouldn't have allowed me to do an appointment online. If you're going for a buzz cut, that's the place to go, but for any other type of grooming do not go.
