Nobody greeted you as you walk in there was an older lady at the register too who was going outside to vape. I was in the fish area for about 25 mins nobody ever came to help I went to look for someone. I asked questions about some things I needed for my betta the girl went to read the bottles lol same thing I was doing but had zero knowledge and I told the older lady who was vaping she needed people who actually knew something and she said someone had just transferred no excuse this place sucks

If you are looking to get your cat or dog vaccinated . I highly recommend this place. 108 dollars per cat. Quick and easy. They were amazing. The cost was reasonable. They only charge for the shot not the visit. Make sure you set an appointment and if you do have multiple fur friends try to use different cat carriers or cages instead just one. It does help them .. Thank you guys,!! You saved me 700 dollars

Very disappointed with the hotel. The old lady that works there doesn’t like dogs. Her attitude right from the start already expected our dog to be aggressive. Side note we have taken her there 2 other time when she was not present at the drop off and have had no issues. This time she was there and from the start she was rude and didn’t want to take our dog cause she was growling. She didn’t approach the our dog nice or calmly so what do u expect when a dog doesn’t know u. We have also taken her to the other pet hotel in Arlington down the road and yet again no issues. But another worker came out and right away our dog was happy and took to the other lady. We are driving to San Diego for my sons boot camp graduation. An hour into the drive we get a call from the older lady saying we need to come back and get her because the dog is being aggressive towards her. Well obviously she doesn’t like you so why would you be the one trying to take her out of her kennel area. And not let the others get her. I even called asking to put a treat in there to relax the situation and then show her the person had another treat and get her out of the kennel to the play room so she can be properly introduced but nope they didn’t try because yet again the older lady Troyes. Very disappointed with the store because knowing we are already on the road and yet we have to turn around after a few hours into our drive to take her to another pet hotel because the old lady doesn’t want to try. I’m upset because there was no intro process to the drop off. In my opinion f they should have a system to prevent this from happening to anyone else. They should have the owner and workers go into the play room let the dog roam free and let the dog become okay with the workers. So I hope someone actually reads this because no one should have to turn around from their trip or drive to fix this. Side note I’m sorry if I’m being rude but clearly the older working I’m sorry I don’t know thief name t that’s the only way to describe her because all the other workers are young, but she should not be around to handle dogs. She needs to go through some training to better introduce herself to pets. Very disappointed
