FirstBarkI booked my 2 cockers 3 weeks ago to drop off at noon and pickup at 4:00. At 4:00, he had not even started cutting their hair! His response to me was smug and said "Here, you want to take them? I am having to wait! Not happy...I've been bringing my dogs here for some time and I don't appreciate this.

The people were very nice and informative, too bad the hair cut on the tail and face were so bad. She wiggles I get that but it was very expensive for such a bad cut.
