PetSmart Dog Training

I took my pet to this place thinking that they were going to give him a good bath and haircut. Very excited, I picked him up after 6 hours and to my surprise they only gave him a haircut and did not bathe him. I can tell by the smell and All the hairs were stuck to my clothes, I called customer service and they told me that the policy is that I return it to give it a bath in 25 minutes. I return and the dirty smell persists. What ill will these places have towards their clients. I won't return again. to this place!

This post is not really about the Dog Training Center. I need to find out how to post these things properly. But as time is of the essence, Ill post it here for now. This is about the Cat cages that the Humane Society has in this PetSmart. These are sweet, playful, quite irresistible cats that are waiting for their forever families. The youngest is five months old. The other two are slightly over a year. I had never been there when the lights go down to witness how distressed they become. They know they're gonna remain "humanless" for the night. I've been volunteering there for about a month, and had never witnessed this. Again, this is in the Turtle Run PetSmart in Coconut Creek-Coral Springs, Broward County, South Florida.
