PetSmart Dog Training

I called over the phone to make sure I could come in to get my dogs nails clipped/grinder. The man on the phone stated that it was perfectly fine to come in just have her rabies shots in hand. I have a copy of it on my phone and took the papers as well. As soon as I got in there they told me to wait outside. Didn’t ask anything just said go outside. When we finally went inside we were rudely greeted by an older white female. I told her I was told over the phone to walk in and I would be helped. She looked at my dog with a nasty face and said when you’ve gotten her nails clipped is she good or bad because she’s big. I said she’s a pitbull yes but she’s a good girl. She then said, “ I’m fully booked till tomorrow.” She then tried to like shake me off and out of the way and said, “ I have other customers to get to so you can wait till tomorrow or in the store but it’ll take a long time.” One of the worst experiences. I personally will not be going back anymore because of the lady’s nasty attitude towards me and my pet who’s nothing but a wonderful girl.
