Where do I begin! The grooming salon has gone from bad to worse! Their prices have skyrocketed, they can’t keep a steady crew, the salon is dirtier every time I go in. The staff is so inconsistent, feels like new people every time and the one consistent lady there is super rude and short. Scheduling is always an issue, they’ll call and cancel last minute (claiming family emergencies). They have kept our 8 lb dog there for 6 hours. They have done absolute hack jobs on our dogs! They don’t bother trying to actually groom dogs they just shave them down. DON’T TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE!!! We will NEVER EVER take our dogs back.
So many dead fish and frogs in the aquarium. I kmow not to get anything living from here.
Trash workers don’t do anything when we ask them for help they get mad
They will only groom dogs that come in already groomed. Don't waste your time here, go to any of their competitors
