PetSmart Dog Training

The groomers in this place are the WORST! I’ve been charged extra both times I’ve used this place. The groomers are rude and lack anything close to customer service. The groomer Gabriel acts as if he simply hates his job and he accused my 14-year old 13lb dog of being aggressive. I’ve never been told that my dog is aggressive by groomers, so that came as a surprise. He called me to say he would not continue the haircut unless I agreed an extra charge. The next time, I was charged extra for not picking my dog up within an hour of their call. I apologized and said I was not aware of that policy. In response, I was told next time I will charged a $35 overnight fee. I’ve never been told that by this store or any other. Again, these folks act as if they don’t care if customers return. They are rude about everything. I will not be back.

I’m so disappointed in this pet smart! It use to be my go to. The end of November my dog was scheduled for a grooming appointment with Sarah M, I I have been taking my dog here since this place open every three month. My dog was the last appointment of the day, and when I showed up Sarah looked at my dog and said she was too matted to get groomed. I was puzzled because this is the way my dog looks every time she goes to get groom maybe one or two mats on her ear nothing they couldn’t ever do. Long story short she didn’t want to do my dog because she had plans that evening. I went and took my dog to a different Petsmart where they were amazing. If you don’t want to do your job then maybe you shouldn’t be working!!! I will never trust this place again!!

Inept dog groomers. No one here should be allowed around animals. Tried to get a nail trim for my 40 lb Akita. She has been here before multiple times. Every time I come here there is a problem with one of the techs. They dropped my dog on her face and split her chin. This time they didn't know how to get my dog on the table because she turned around when they tried to pick her up. I will never shop at this store again.
