Not bad for $99 but not any better than learning through YouTube (there's always a sale on their $150 puppy classes so don't pay full price!). Trainer was always late and my puppy would check out after 25 minutes so it just turned into a bigger pain than a positive. It's a good opportunity to expose your puppy to something new, though. If I did it again, we'd probably show up for 20 minutes then call it good and head home.

Tawnah store manager has bad customer service. Food was ordered on the app 2 hours ago . I showed up they said they didn’t have it in service over the phone she told me she has hard issues hearing me because. I have an accent and she can’t understand me and she hung up . We called back and showed up to the store and still wasn’t ready . No one in the store was available to help. She told me I have to wait regardless even though the order was for pickup asap . 30 mins after I showed up to get the food I called to see if it’s ready and she said the same thing that it will take time for her to accept and process the . order it will be ready when it’s ready. She has bad attitude and no customer service
