FirstBarkI went to the Berlin store 958am I had a lot going on today the girl at the door didn’t even look at me , opened the door for a customer for grooming , I attempted to go in she said still not opened at this point it was 10, I left I will give my business to pet Value , you lost my business I was gonna spend a couple hundred dollars!!!! Not to mention rude

Help has been available for my animals in the past when it wasn’t at other places.
Old trainer needs to retire. He barely did any training just complained about how much he worked and spent the first half of each session looking at his binder and asking over and over who was there. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! He cancelled class without calling the dogs owners. Very unprofessional!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
