FirstBarkWorker is beyond rude she was a bigger girl with a red shirt never have I dealt with a worker and bluntly felt like she didn’t want me there and was annoyed with my presence for asking a simple question… please do better

DANGER!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR YOUR PETS! I could not give this store or my recent experience a more negative review. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my pets the following day. When I arrived the groomer was late and didn't even acknowledge me. After one of my dogs went number 1 and 2 on the floor both the groomer and the front desk person went into the back room and whispered to each other for a few minutes. Then came back to us and told us the one that went potty couldn't be seen because of nerves. This dog is blind and old he is not nervous. Worst experience ever and I will never be back.
Their Spicy teriyaki bowls and Gyoza are the best!
I like going here, just wish there were more workers. I at least visit this place 1 time a week. Can always guarantee they have what I need. The only downfall are how the reptiles are treated.
