I brought my chi-terrier in today @ El Con Mall in Tucson for his usual cut, bath, nail trim. (He gets the same treatment every time). They kept him the usual 2 hours and when I picked him up, he had only had a bath and nail trim. When I asked why his coat wasn’t trimmed, I was told, ‘ Oh we can get him in tomorrow’. What??! I was there when they opened @ 9:00 with only 2 dogs ahead of mine and 4 people in the grooming center. I asked specifically for his cut, bath & nails when I called to make the appointment AND when I dropped him off, said that they could go short on him because of the heat. This lack of attention and service went beyond disappointing. They ignored the usual request and acted like it was no big deal- on a 114 degree day. The thought of coming back ‘tomorrow’ for a treatment he was supposed to get TODAY didn’t sit right with me. 2 stars
