PetSmart Dog Training

On June 22, 2025, I brought my dog Emerald to this PetSmart for grooming with Gabrielle, and the experience was extremely upsetting. Instead of coming home looking cared for, Emerald came home with visible patches in her coat and signs of rough, negligent grooming. The attached photos show the aftermath — uneven areas and missing fur where she should have been safely and professionally groomed. This was not just a “bad haircut.” It was careless treatment that caused my dog both physical discomfort and emotional distress. Groomers are supposed to prioritize safety and well-being, but Gabrielle’s lack of care was unacceptable. I want other pet parents to be aware so they can make an informed decision before trusting this location. PetSmart needs to hold their groomers accountable and ensure that what happened to Emerald never happens to another dog again. I’ve posted 1 before picture and the other 3 were after she was groomed by Gabrielle Goode.

after being followed around the store and actually having some clown employee just stand in the isle starring at me while I try to casually look at items making me feel like I'm doing something wrong,I will start getting my pet supplies at Petco or somewhere else. Including finding a new groomer. I work for a living and was wearing blue jeans and dirty work Boots, so perhaps their associates can't distinguish the difference between a Workman and a homeless person.either way I'll be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward

Employee working fish tank was so rude. My wife wanted to buy specific fish in specific quantity. Employee wouldn't sell them to her until she grilled my wife on size of tank, prepping tank, new or old tank, . Etc . Then said my wife can't buy as many as she wanted because it was too many as a group. (Wife wanted 12 fish, walked out with 7 and almost in tears) it doesn't matter if I want 2 dozen goldfish to be used as bait fish for a pet piranha, the employed doesn't dictate what a customer can or can't buy. Will NEVER go here again.
